Feefo is an independent ratings and reviews company and each one of our Rural Retreats guests is given the opportunity to rate their stay with us by feeding back with Feefo. The Gold Trusted Merchant is an annual award and the highest one that Feefo allocates. It relies on us obtaining an average service rating of between 95% and 100%. It essentially recognises high quality in customer service.

Feefo collates its sales data over the past year to verify its reviews. This means that only customers who have experienced a holiday with us can provide their first-hand feedback. Our valued customers rate our customer service and we are thrilled to see that they think it's great! We love being able to provide incredible holidays in wonderful locations and are so glad that you think we're doing a good job at making your getaway as hassle-free as possible.
