At Rural Retreats we are working tirelessly to resolve queries and will respond as quickly as possible but in order to help us ensure your e-mail is handled by the correct team, could you please e-mail your queries to the following;

Our Cotswolds-based call centre is open from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (UK/London time), 9am to 5.30pm on Saturday, closed on Sundays and 10am to 4pm on Bank Holidays. We are closed only on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, Good Friday and Easter Sunday.

If you are telephoning from outside the UK, replace the leading 0 with +44.
