This is the third time we have visited this cottage. It is always clean and left with supplies to start your holiday with. The wood burner is delightful on a cold evening. We will hopefully be returning next year
Good for astronomy dark skies
A lovely clean cottage with everything you need. A very well equipped kitchen and lovely garden. The owner provides a welcome hamper with some delightful goodies. The only reason for the 4 star is the sofa in the sitting room is uncomfortable and could do with updating.

Lovely cottage with a beautiful garden overlooking Norfolk countryside. Peaceful. Very well equipped, clean, comfortable cottage in lovely surroundings. Excellent welcome basket and fridge provisions. Warm welcome from friendly, helpful owner.
Fabulous house. Warm and cosy, the owner had thought of everything.
Second time of staying at Pear tree Cottage and we had a lovely time again, enjoyed visiting the bird life at Cley and the seals at Horsey and a daily visit from the pheasant in the garden.
A comfortable, very well-equipped cottage with lovely garden. Quiet and a bit out of the way, which we liked, but in fact not all that far from Holt, Cromer and the North Norfolk coast. National Trust properties Felbrigg and Blickling are nearby. By a fluke we had amazing, hot weather- the September heatwave- and sitting in the peaceful garden in the morning and early evening was very relaxing. All thanks to Zieta for a lovely stay and for the generous welcome hamper.
Lovely ,quiet cottage with a fabulously large garden . The cottage was spotless and was very well equipped . Space to store bikes was a bonus .
Warm welcome from owner, generous welcome pack, beautiful location, well-appointed house ( especially kitchen) and garden. Very comfortable. And iit was as advertised- the info and photos were an accurate description
We enjoyed a very comfortable and relaxing week at Pear Tree Cottage. The cottage was immaculately clean and Zieta was a very friendly and helpful host - the welcome pack of provisions was extremely generous ! We also enjoyed the beautiful garden overlooking open fields. Thank you Zieta for your kind hospitality.
The cottage was clean, compfy and brilliantly equipped. The garden and outside benchs, table plus bar-b-q superb. The owner extremely helpful
Cottage excellent, very welcoming owner, marvellous goodies left for us, all in a wonderful location if you are happy with narrow roads.
Excellent, extremely well provisioned clean cottage. Superb large tranquil garden overloooking Norfolk countryside. Knd, welcoming, helpful owner.
Lovely fuss-free but personal welcome. The owner had left the key in the door, some essentials and treats were in the kitchen and soothing classical music was playing on the sound system. The owner popped out say hello and check we had everything we needed. We were actually in contact with regular text messages a couple of days before the stay and throughout - she was very friendly and responsive. The house is lovely. We are just a couple and we enjoyed spreading out but it would suit a family very well too. There is a lovely garden that we didn't manage to use but the house was very comfy - good quality mattresses on the beds (so important) and nice attractive antique furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped for a holiday cottage. If I were super-picky I might say that the knives were not the best, but we managed. The salad spinner was a nice touch - unusual to find one in holiday accommodation and really useful, particularly if you want to feast on fresh crab salad!
Cottage superbly clean, warm, cosy but light and airy. Beautifully fitted out with high end goods. A superb garden and gorgeously quiet location. Perfect in every way. Came here 8 years ago and it was just as perfect the second time around.
It was a very comfortable cottage. Well equipped with attention to detail. There was a generous welcome hamper and the owner very helpful.
